So happy to see pictures of Tucker!
He looks terribly miserable there, doesn't he?!
Awfully miserable. Geez, he even has his own daybed.
I am so excited. My photo of Cedar Planked Smoked Salmon was accepted by foodgawker.com!

Nice picture! Congrats! (almost makes me want to eat salmon, and I don't like salmon)

Looks scrumdiddlyumptious!

Congrats, Mary!

Y'all are crazy. Salmon is so good, especially smoked.

My hatch is not going well on the shipped cream legbars. They look to all be late quitters. Eggs from my own flock are doing well. Three hatched, four pipped, two moving, one maybe a late quitter. I added a plastic tray of water to the Brinsea cabinet and finally got the humidity to 64%. The humidity in that downstairs bathroom is 70% but not in the Brinsea even with the pump. I have my ChinaBator plugged in and I am moving the chicks over to it once they fluff up. I still have 11 olive eggers that I set a few days ago along with 9 Isbars. Only one of the Isbars is developing. The eggs were pretty old though. I am finally getting an unbroken Isbar egg every day or two. It has been frustrating. Hang in there Rinda!

Oh, I LOVE salmon! I'm with Mary- it's so good! Some restaurants destroy salmon, though. I loved buying it fresh at Costco and steaming it in the microwave, or grilling it.

Gorgeous photo - and congrats on the acceptance!

Maybe drive over to Miss Molly's and get some CL eggs from her?

Great Salmon picture--Smoked salmon is Wonderful!

That's what we do too gryeyes, is buy it at Costco fresh, only we bake it in the oven for 2 hours on 350 degrees, covered with tin foil. Then we serve it with white rice, Madagascar pink rice, and jade rice all mixed up.

Your photo is marvelous Mary- congratulations! I have never put salmon on cedar to cook it. Looks yummy! Now I have to go to foodgawker to see what it is - I don't recall ever visiting that site.

...just visited it! Oh WOW I will love that website. I just emailed it to DH also. Where in the world have I been to miss out on foodgawker.com???

LOL, Awe, tough luck again?!?! Well on the bright side, I've been holding my breath but I think the last batch (I got 4 chicks to hatch and lost 2) I've ended up with 2 pullets, a black and a splash! I guess that the law of averages finally kicked in- since the batch before I got 2 cockerels only!

Rinda
