Made these Mushroom Swiss Bacon Cheeseburgers on Monday.




Tonight I am grilling chicken with a homemade mango apricot glaze. The only problem is I didn't realize that serrano peppers are hotter than jalapeños and well, lets just say it's gonna be HOT!

Oh ! bad mistake looking at these pictures prior to cholesterol level check up . I'm covering my eyes . But it looks so good.
One of my favorite burgers is Hardee's Jim Beam burger and those look way better.

I hate sprouts and like mushrooms. Of course I am from the Red Neck part or California, the place that sided with the South....
