It's about to get weirder up in here. Not that I can top the chicken feet but...
My pepper jelly was so thick I couldn't even get it out of the jar. So I heated a butter knife, dragged it out, heated it to boiling, strained out the solids, cooked it a bit more, cooled it in the pan, pulled it out, cut it into squares, rolled it in sugar and I'm calling it Sweet Hot Pepper Gumdrops!
