$300.00 on Amazon. That is for the "Pro" but the good lens (which I haven't gotten yet) is another $300.00

Chica got a new pad today. Our contractor Allen built an extension on the back of the goat/emu shelter. I will order a heavy duty tarp to fit perfectly across the back for protection from the wind and rain in the winter. Emus don't like to be closed in so I didn't want sides on it. May add them later of needed. I'll get a heavy duty clear tarp with grommets to attach to the poles. It should work pretty well. It gives her some shade too. That long gate is not permanent. We'll put in a four foot gate in that spot.






And where is Chica? In her new pad? Noooooooooo.......she's way up there.






We are going to try to move Stuart over with her and see how that goes.

Ruminating... do emu - plural is emu or emus? - do okay in not-flat areas? I don't mean rolling hills, but in terrain I suspect goats would like better.... Gullies, rumbled boulders, etc. Under tree cover?
