Michael doesn't like cherry pie. He ate a small piece last night but we were out of vanilla ice cream so he didn't enjoy it. Plus, I used tart cherries and not much sugar so that is not his thing either. On the other hand, I loved it!

Does anyone have one of the small pressure cookers for making meals for two?  I am seriously considering it. I love stews, soups, and things that use cheaper cuts of meat that require a long cooking time. I made chicken once in my BIG pressure cooker and it was delicious! Just way too big to drag out and clean.

Mary, I have a Tfal Clipso in 4 qt, 6 qt and a 10 qt Fagor. I also have the walkaway air core in 2,4,6 quarts. I use the Air core for all rice because it never burns and turns out delicious.
I use the 10 qt Fagor for stews that I then freeze on portions.
The 4 at Clipso is nice for a 1-2 person meal.
I also have a Schlemmertopf and the one pot meals are very tasty

I don't think I've ever had tart cherries.

I need to make something to use up all these eggs..............pound cake, angel food cake, custard, something!
