Jake I am so sorry. I know you love your Icelandics. May God bless you during this time and while you take care of your health. I certainly understand the need to do that. It is what drives my rational thoughts about not getting anymore animals. A time will come when I can no longer take care of them and then who?

Take care of yourself first and things will work out. It is an unselfish act to think of the animal's ultimate welfare.

p.s. If the time comes when you can and want to get back in it, hopefully I will have Icelandics to share. Be well first.

I just tried the Arby's Reuben this past Sunday, I didn't like it. I love Jason's Deli version.

Well, I have nothing to compare it too, never having had one before. Was surprised I liked it. I've always thought of corned beef as "potted meat", LOL. It was the only kind I ever saw my husband eat. Ick!

O M G! My MIL raves about potted meat, so I tried one bite of it and never again will that stuff cross these lips!

Jake, sorry about your health concerns...I hope things work out well for you!

My wife and I had chores down to 18 minutes in the morning and 18 minutes in the evening. Now for some reason it takes an hour in the morning, an hour midmorning, an hour in the afternoon, an hour in the evening, and sometimes and hour in the late evening. Not certain why.

Speckled Hen - if you liked it, then it was pleasing to you. We all have different tastes. I got it because my friend said it was the best. I just didn't think so.

I may eat a "real" reuben and realize that Arby's was just crap. Will look forward to trying one some day again.

Edited for typing too fast, sheesh.
