yummy looking for sureOh I forgot to share my photo class submission for last week which I just submitted yesterday. I caught a break because their system was messed up for uploading pics. I adapted a recipe from the Tractor Supply Cookbook.

The recipe was for herb scones and it called for buttermilk which I didn't have. So I made my own with milk and lemon juice. I zested the lemon into the scone batter and added a handful of finely grated cheddar cheese.
They were really good. We had them last night with potato soup for dinner. Here is my critique from George.

Great texture on top of the scones. The addition of the melted butter gave some nice highlights in the lower right portion of the scones. Beautiful choice of props as well. Excellent work!
