Yikes bears! Jeeze at my top speed that bear would have had to have been in another state for me to out run it! I had to have a lady at Tractor Supply load a bog of feed in the trunk for me today!

BTW I hate it when people spoil their dogs.

Maybe you can teach the dog to chase the bears AWAY instead of towards you - like trying to teach cats to keep chipmunks OUT of the house, I guess.

If she would have cornered it, probably. Or a mother with cubs. I don't know that I'll let her out again if the bear comes back. Thankfully, it didn't come back last night. She chases deer all the time, and those can kick really hard.

I do have a black male that I am not sure what is going on with. The folks came by, put down a couple of hundred as a down payment, took the pup to have the due claws removed, at 4 days old. They haven't been back to see him since..and, no phone calls to see how he is doing. They live probably only 10 mins. away. I didn't get their phone number, although I remember asking her to write her number down on the contract. Didn't get it? The contract says, to be paid in full by the first of Sept. If they don't show, I just may keep that boy. Loving him. He's black with the white on the chest like the girl pictured here. They look like twins.

Boy, do I understand - I used to sell Cockers and would be buyers drove me nuts. Never had any leave a left deposit though and disappear. Maybe they got beamed up on some UFO or other legitimate reason.

Would you by chance know what vet did his dew claws? Maybe he would help you find a way to contact them or do it for you. I wish there was a smilie tearing it's hair out.
