I love candied orange peel! I think I'll make some too. I think I'll try it this way.

Oohh yumm..... Lemon peel is good too and that simple syrup left over would be awesome for sweetening tea.... Same goes for the simple Orange syrrup.... Though I think the orange would be excellent on french toast....
