Sorry I haven't caught up or been on. I've been sick and I just can't spend so much time on the computer. What with Spring coming it will be even worse.

Some good news. The seller accepted our offer on the new house. Now we just have to wait out the 90 days for the 2 banks to accept and for us to sell our house. I am relieved but it ain't over till it's over. I just have to keep reminding myself of that.

I am getting out of here shortly with Tucker so this house can be shown without rabid barking and snarly involved. Him, not me.

I barked and snarled an hour ago on the phone to my realtor's assistant. Had I not, we would not have known until next week that our offer was accepted.
