And we didn't hear back and now my realtor has left on vacation. I give up. I jump through hoops all day and night so other people can make money off me and they can't even do their jobs or return a freaking phone call. I feel like just giving up and taking this property off the market and then listing again in 60 days with another realtor. I am going to bed, sick and angry.

It's not good if you are not happy with your realtor. This is too big a transaction. You should be feeling good about this. Do what you have to do to find an outfit you're happy with.

I spent the day running to the county for research about the well and septic tank. Now I am practicing making manapua for the after service gathering on Friday. My recipe on my blog was flawed, badly! Yuck. I think I have fixed it.

I am trying to relax and just do everyone else's job instead of freaking because they aren't!
