I know, I never realized how adorable little calves were. The big ones used to scare me a bit, but they are so calm.

hahahaha, NO. They are right down the hill from us though, so we'll take care of the calves whenever they need us too.

Thank you. The original biopsy did not show any cancer, but however they determine this during the operation, they found stage one cancer. Originally they were going to remove an ovary, but ended up doing a hysterectomy. She's doing really well, and he's doing the best he can, with the help he has. (He bought the dairy farm from my wife's Father, my wife grew up on the dairy farm, I don't have a clue as to what I am doing. I was teasing my wife that she is now working on the dairy farm she didn't want to own)

I agree, the calves eyes are beautiful. I can't believe how adorable the calves are. This is actually the first time I have been in the calves barn, I've been in the milking parlor plenty of time to visit while he was milking. I won't be showing any cows, my wife did when she was in 4H though. They had Guernseys, when her cousin bought the farm in the early 80's he switched over to the Jerseys.
