LOVE my Instant Pot, but I tend to fly by the seat of my pants. I often buy meat on sale, chop it and cook it with stock, wine and herbs, then put the whole result in the freezer to make soup or casserole later.

I love pressure cookers. I used one of my older fagor perfection cookers for beans a couple of days ago. They were very tasty!
