Members with few posts are limited in what they can do. We needed to implement this to keep spammers from creating millions of spam articles and pages on the website.

Which version of FF are you on? Do you have any addons / plugins installed that might be blocking the buttons?

As far as I know I have the most updated one. I just checked again for updates and it said there were none.
I just started having this problem about a week ago.

I had to use a different browser. Wouldn't work on Firefox.
