Stipulations on selling baby chicks?

Hi, one of my hobbies is hatching baby ducklings and chicks and selling them. I was wondering…. What are the stipulations on selling live poultry in Kansas? How many can I sell a year without have to get a permit? Thanks

I do not know what the laws are in Kansas. I also do not know what the laws are in my state as well.
I suggest you keep a low profile, and sell as a hobby. What the authorities don't know,, wont hurt them
