Stolen Horse--Man is BACK in jail!

Sounds like real progress. I think I would consider moving to a county where the police department is not so corrupt. It's scary to think they might not be there to help you in an emergency situation.

Very glad to read that people are FINALLY starting to do their jobs! I have to agree with those that say let him leave a message if he wants to contact you, that way you have proof. Get a picture of his number on your incoming calls screen, too, so you can prove that he DOES know how to reach you.

Just now found this thread- Sorry for all the trouble you are having- I'm hoping for a great outcome for you!! Looks like you have built up quite a support system!! Good luck and I hope you get your horse back safe and sound and SOON!!

He is still in the posession of property that rightfully does not belong to him. No matter how you slice it. It does not belong to him and he bought Stolen/embezzled goods! He is in the wrong by not offering the goods back to the original owner which is YOU!

Edited because I cannot spell!!!

OK, sorry...my computer refuses to realize it has internet capabilities sometimes.

Went to the sheriff's office today and filed a report. Apparently I'm considered a state witness now (since it's State of Oklahoma vs. *instert name*). So, him calling me and telling me "you'll never get your horse back" is considered intimidating a state witness. So he's now got another report against him on that.

The DA filed the ownership hearing papers and is trying to get them scheduled for Dec. 2 as well so that I will not have to make two trips. He said that he believes the sheriff's office may be ordered to go with me, but I'm almost scared to have them go out. I almost want to ask for the state troopers to go with me instead.
