Stolen Horse--Man is BACK in jail!

I am so ready! I've got a place for him, vet appointments lined up, trying to get a farrier that people trust to look at him...also found a place with reasonably priced feed.

Now that everything's prepared, it looks like it's all gonna turn out alright! I was afraid I'd have to give him up, but a woman nearby is willing to rent out her piece of land fairly cheap so I can keep Max. He'll be with 3 other horses (all younger), but at least he'll be nearby and safe!

To me, it's a sure thing, but I have to wait for the Feb. 8 hearing to get confirmation.

that sounds great!!!! make sure you have every thing down in writting in order to show the judge that you have thing's lined up!!, is max micro chiped?, that might be the best thing to do for him, we're thinking of doing it to our 3 horses,

Only a week and a day away!

Feb. 8 is the ownership hearing/ preliminary hearing for the other man. They combined it so that I wouldn't have to drive up there a second time. Feb. 8 is also the day before the third anniversary of my mom's passing. I'm going to ask the judge if I can get Max back that day or on Feb. 9. I want him back immediately...no chance for him to hurt Max.

Sorry...I'm getting really excited!
