I wouldn't have paid for the upkeep either (I wouldn't have gone this way either, I would have just gone and gotten my horse, but...), she should have already had the horse back and could have been paying for his upkeep them, I wouldn't give that guy a dime, I think he should have to pay her! I have zero faith in the legal system, and I don't feel 100% they'll give the horse back (actually I think the horse is gone, when was the last time some one saw him?) I barely feel 50%, but not because of her mistakes.

Having come from a county that has similar corruption with in the law enforcement community, I know all about the wheels of justice not turning. Had a law enforcement official use intimidation and threats on me. Nobody cared that I was in fear of my life. I still am. He has one conviction for assault on a 55 year old woman. He has a well connected family, so he keeps his job.

I am praying and hoping you get your horse back soon.

I am from OKlahoma and just had a recent run in with the wonderful Sherriffs of this county! I was profiled for driving a vehicle that I paid honest money for! My DH and I were repeatedly asked about illegal substances in my car! Dog was even ran around outside of vehicle then my DH asked three more times! Nope we are clean honest hardworking people who just wanted to get to our destination without being pulled over for not speeding and harassed! My Uncle was having a heart procedure and I was headed to the hospital! Thanks Oklahomas finest for profiling me because of a car and an honest mans tattoos and long hair on head and facial areas! Thanks for the memories cuz we are still laughing at the Sheriff who wanted what I dont do!
