I am so peeved right now...I can hardly even type.


I called today to make SURE the hearing was happening. While I was at work, a message was left on my phone. I was able to listen to the voicemail at 5:05PM and it is now saved on my phone.

"You won't need to come to the hearing tomorrow. The judge has decided that she will only read the transcripts and make a verdict."

Therein lies the hilarity. The ownership hearing did not HAVE anyone recording anything...so guess what? Yeah. That means they've pushed it back AGAIN.


I am so freakin' sick of this...I am calling first thing tomorrow to make SURE they are not confusing the ownership hearing....because I am so freakin' tired and am just....GAH. If there was not a language meter on this thing....AH!!!!!

that just really is just horrible news, however I would make sure that I checked the number the call came from, as it could be someone/anyone else trying to make you miss the hearing?

I would be there with bells on anyway. Stir up any and all media on the steps of the court house, as to the delays, total disregard for your horse's saftey and return to you etc.

Ropo, I can't imagine how tired you are, and if I were you.......... hon, I don't know HOW I would feel. I know for sure I would be beyond peeved and I can imagine how peeved you are!!! I am praying!!!
