I have to agree, you've set everything up, so I'd go, too. I'd also catch the DA first thing and ask how they're going to read a non-existant transcript???? Someone STILL isn't paying attention and doing their job.......the DA should have immediately told the judge that it won't work because one hearing HAS NO TRANSCRIPT!!! UGH!!!!!

I called today and apparently this judge is not holding a hearing at all.


She is only holding the preliminary hearing for the man's case to go to trial. There is no ownership hearing being held at all today...so now they're going to set ANOTHER date for the ownership hearing because there are no transcripts for that. He said she "may" make a verdict based on the transcripts from today about ownership but probably not. I am not allowed to directly speak to the judge because then SHE'LL recuse. There are 2 female judges in that county.

This needs broader coverage - what happened with that guy who has the TV show (sorry, can't remember his name)?
