What about pickiting?!?! I would go and find out where the horse is and just go and get him. By the time the courts get around to have a hearing on stealing the horse back it will be years!

See why when I'm called for jury duty I always tell them that I wouldn't find a murdering-rapist who was a Russian spy whom I saw robbing the Chase-Manhattan guilty in an Indiana court? BTW, I've never been on jury duty for some reason.

Its getting worse all the time, the justice system is as broken as the rest of the government. I feel sooooo very bad for you. This is just down right bull pucky. What the heck, do we all need to find a way down there and have a sit in outside the court house? That would get attention wouldn't it, but it probably get many put in there jail for some reason or another. With the cops not even listening to you they would find some reason to make it look bad.
