Stolen Horse--Man is BACK in jail!

I just called the DA's Office to get his email address. Nice gal named Sarah answered and said she would see if he was available to talk rather then give me his email, asking why I was calling. I said I was calling regarding the case: CF-2009-0485.

She came back on and said he was his other line and wanted to take a message so he could call me back.

I googled the DA to get a phone # and came across this very recent news story. Ropo, did you see this? http://tahlequahdailypress.com/local/x993483092/Embezzlement-case-involving-horse-continues Anyway, Im getting all my ducks in a row before I call.

Sweet Cheeks, Im using your basic timeline. Im sure this Mr. King is up to speed.. he may just need some leaning on. I think it's great everyone is getting involved.

I just dont understand the whole thought process there, here is an example....

Last year my nephew bought a stereo for his car from the flea market (deal was way to good if you know what I mean) well he installed it, two months later a knock at the door. It was the city officers, they yanked his radio as it was stolen merchandise from a local radio shop (he did NOT know it, his dad was with him when he bought it) But what could he do? They had proof they were stolen radios sold and he bought it with out a box and got no receipt.

WHY cant they go get the dang horse? I just dont understand!!!
