Stolen Horse--Man is BACK in jail!

I added a commet. I'm so mad. I'm emailing the President. Lets see what he has to say or will do for his American people. I need to get all my ducks in a row for that one too. Where's my Thesaurus? I'm going to send letters to everyone I can think of. This really is Pi**ing me off.

If anyone gets the email to the DA please give it out.

I will be up all night working on this. I'm now thinking thinking this horse belongs to all of us. Well lets just think it does and what would you do. Come on, everyone PLEASE write a letter. You can do it on the computer it doesn't take long.

I see what you saying. Put a picture of Max on Craigslist and say he was stolen and has anyone seen him. Reward if found. Money will come your way if someone calls you and lets you know where he is.

That will also tip off the uncle to hide him better, or worse.

This is the comment that I left:

<<Why can people report this but not help out the owner who is trying to get her horse back? Why can't someone do an article about her and her horse and how hard she has been fighting to get the LEGAL PROPERTY that was STOLEN from her back? I couldn't give a rat's *** about this guy, and since when can a 7 year old sign a contract for taking ownership and care of a horse? What kind of journalism is this? This is why the world laughs at us in this country...people all over the world have been following this story about how this poor woman has been fighting to try and get the beloved pet back that was STOLEN from her after she leased it with a contract and everything, and this is the story that gets printed?

Just to let you know, someone in (my city) Illinois is following this story and saying SHAME ON YOU for not printing a story about the victim here, instead of printing this insipid mess! Where is our justice system and our media knights in shining armor in this country???>>

That *could* happen, but jeez, how much worse could it get??? Not like she's getting any results or info anyway!

To Whom It May Concern -

I count my lucky stars I'm not from Oklahoma or Tahlequah, OK for sure.

What's the deal with your town? A horse (Max) was leased then stolen then sold to an uncle and the real owner can't get her horse back.

She's going through the legal system since April 09 with no results.

Someone please help this poor girl get Max back.

I'm a bit brain dead just now but wanted to do something more to help:

<<Re: CF-2009-0485 Cherokee County, Oklahoma

To Whom It May Concern -

I sure am glad as a horse owner that I do not reside in Oklahoma.

What's the deal with your state and town? A horse (Max) was leased with a contract in place and sold out and hidden from the rightful and legal owner.

Why has no one taken some action on this woman's behalf? What ever happened to the media knights in shining armor that the law abiding citizen used to be able to count on when they were getting nowhere by going through all the supposed "right channels"? She's been going through the legal system since April 09 with no results and can't even seem to get the media attention she deserves in an effort to try and help get her horse back.

When is someone going to take up the gauntlet and help this poor woman, a victim of a theft of her legal and rightful property, to get her beloved pet back?

Appalled in Illinois>>

I just posted a comment on the article.

This is my post, i wish I was a more eloquent writer, but my emotions get in the way.

I have been following this story and I am wondering why the press is not telling this from Ms Rodriquez point of view? As a Horse Owner and also a victim of Horse Theft myself I find it absolutely mind-boggling that this case has been allowed to drag on as long as it has. This has been going on for over a year and you write one little article not even telling the entire story? I urge you to step up, do what a true journalist should do and put the entire story out there and put some pressure on the Courts to do the right thing! When I had my horse stolen, I tracked her down called the sheriff and it was over with, I shudder to think about what would have happened if my horse was stolen in Oklahoma instead of Georgia ,in this state the law protects the victims, apparently in Oklahoma you can clearly break the law and get away with it.
