Thank you guys.....I was feeling pretty low when I saw all of the comments about how nothing was going to come of all of this. The date is still on for April 29, but I'm going to call a third time and make absolutely sure.

They say it's still April 29 for both the preliminary hearing and the ownership hearing. I am REALLY hoping to hear a verdict on Thursday.
