Our cousin found out during his divorce getting a "nice" lawyer is a fast way to lose.

Yes I have had to hire a lawyer on an issue before and it is not fun, but he got the job done and we got our money.

I don't think anyone has read all of this thread, but she had an attorney, who decided he couldn't do anything and told her he couldn't represent her anymore.

Guys. I realize you are trying to help, but please. I face these issues every day. I face them at night...I wake up in a sweat from nightmares of what could happen. Please do not bring these things to the only sanctuary I have left. This is a place where I need to build momentum...if the members of BYC are telling me there is no hope, it really hurts to realize that people are ceasing to believe in the rightful order of things, as well as stepping back and saying that you don't care because it's a lost cause.


Please...I need support, not continual recognition of things that could very well happen. If I continually dwell on the things that are bad and could happen, how am I supposed to get through my daily life?

Perhaps being a Red Sox fan makes me an eternal optimist.

After all back in 2004 they were down 3-0 to the Yankees. No one gave them a chance to come back and win. No other team had ever done that so how could the lowly Red Sox beat the mighty Yankees. Well they did and then went on to win the World Series.
Or to put it another way "it aint over until the fat lady sings". And I don't even hear her warming up yet.

to everyone....ROPO needs our support.. Like my momma always used to say, if you cannot say something nice, don't say nothing at all. I TRY(key word TRY) to be supportive but there are times that things should be pointed out. everyone has a vision in their brain as to what is right and what is wrong....it is ROPO that has to decide how far she wants to take it. It is the Judge (if they ever get one to stay) that needs to decide whether ROPO is right or whether the uncle and nephew are right. It is our job to decide whether to jump on the bandwagon and help her out mentally or bust her down mentally. What's your choice?

Justice could finally be served, the law could reside on your rightful behalf, Max could come home to his real barn, and everything could go back to the way it was. It could happen, and having faith that it could happen is what we are all hoping for, for you in this case. We are all aware of how horribly wrong this has gone so far, and what the undesired outcome could be. B U T... the power of faith is a strong thing, and no one should take that away from you as long as you can use that to your advantage!!! As discouraging as this can be for you, and us having to watch you suffer through this, I for one am hopeful and have faith that it will work out in your favor. OPTIMISM people!!! FAITH! HOPE!
