Stolen Horse--Man is BACK in jail!

I think it's gone beyond the calling stage. So easy to put someone off on the phone. I would be camping out in the DA's and/or judges office, with a video camera and recording equipment, and a US Marshall by my side. It's easy to see by now that no one is going to help because no one cares!

I'm with YOU! I'd be parked in the DA's office until I got some action!! Perhaps the fact that we haven't gotten an update since 11am is a good sign? Let's hope so.

DOG THE BOUNTY HUNTER........................ SOMEONE GET MAXX BACK DARN DANG

OK,

The DA called me back and told me this:

They are waiting on the statement from the deputy. Once it is given, the warrant will be written. It may be for one or both people involved in the disappearance of Max. If Max is not in the possession of the state by the time the statement is finished, they will be arrested.

The DA is so furious he's seeing red. He was actually on the verge of cursing, but stopped short of it. There are other routes that were expressed by him, but I'm not going to post those just yet.

I am contacting the local paper to get help, hopefully something will happen.

Edit: The editor for the local paper is on vacation...

Now you have to wait for the deputy to write a statement?! Did this deputy not have the past FIVE DAYS to prepare a statement?! It seems to me the deputy is part of the problem (she says, understatedly). Sheesh!

We'll stay tuned with positive vibes coming your way!
