Stolen Horse--Man is BACK in jail!

I stand corrected. They did contact him regarding it and my lawyer needs to speak with me about it immediately.

I called him this morning and am waiting on him to get out of court.


I have a feeling I know what has happened.

I am, I am freaking out.

I have an awful notion that they killed him. I'm hoping this didn't happen but if it did, you can bet I am going to be going after them even harder than I am now. I was trying to be careful so that nothing bad would happen to them, but now both can face even worse criminal charges.

If that's indeed what happened.

I bet they try to lie and say that he was stolen or died or something, but that they've still got him. Go get them for everything they have or ever will have! This has made me SO mad!

OK, Max is alive and well.

The lawyer told me that the man who has him is not going to easily give him up. So we'll have to take him to civil court.

The other one wanted to give the horse back, but can't since he sold the horse and any right he had to it. So now....

APPARENTLY Max was on death's door according to the man who has him now and he put alot of medical care into him. How is that possible? This man moved at the end of April. I went and saw Max on April 19, 2009 and he looked great! He needed a new shoe but that was it. How does a horse go that downhill, that fast?

I have photos to prove it...so this should be fun.

How long will it take to get to civil court?

Too bad a neutral party couldn't hold onto him until the matter is resolved. Then you wouldn't have to worry about him disappearing.

Well, that's too bad if it is true because he has purchased stolen property and I think that he is going to be out of luck.

Very glad to read that he's alive. Not buying the $$$ story, either, he'll have to prove that in court and you already have proof of how he looked in April. I, personally, think that fella ought to start getting his ducks in a row to go after the first guy - because he's your horse! So he needs to give him back and go after the guy he got Max from, which has nothing to do with you! They are still ticking me off! Did the lawyer say how soon you could be in court over this?
