OK, what about rounding up the rodeo guys, they would like NOTHING better than to kick the snot out of a wrangling horse thief! I bet you could get them to go get your horse and PROVIDE the trailer and back up to do so.

Rescue Ink looked like it was for animal abuse cases? I only read that they will get involved in things that other animal agencies won't get involved in...should I contact the ASPCA to see if there's anything they can do?

Contacted the ASPCA...they can't do anything either. They said that it falls on the sheriff's office to deal with it.

worth a shot to see if they'll help you out. is the horse being kept in good condition? if not that could make them more likely to help you out (although I hope that isn't the case, of course)

Repo company. For sure. You have proof of ownership. Just go get him. If you wait for the authorities, you'll die of old age before they get off their butts and help.
