I just realized something.


The phone call was NOT out of the blue! I posted "STOLEN HORSE" fliers all OVER the internet on horse sale sites. I bet you ANYTHING he was looking for another horse and stumbled across mine. He is going to get someone else.

I have read this whole thread and been following it, I can not for the life of me understand how the police, sheriff state police, or DA or state's attorney has not filed criminal charges against these men. do either of the live in another state, if Max was transported across state lines maybe the other state can go after them. or maybe the federal authorities can do something I can not believe that no one is helping you it is so wrong I wonder if you were a man if things would be different I hate to say this but sometimes authorities don't take women making a report like they do when a man makes a report, I would keep the heat up keep pictures of Max ever where, any place you can think of, Rodeo's horse sites, papers why don't you take an ad out in the local papers where this guy and his uncle live that you are looking for your horse due to the breaking of a contract maybe if you hit them so to speak in there towns and people that they know find out it might be the pressure that you need to get max back.... there is nothing wrong with putting a lost and found/stolen horse ad in a paper, keep up the heat don't stop until you get what you want Max I am praying and keeping my fingers crossed

that you will have max back soon. another thought about him offering you a new horse is his uncle sold the horse I would keep checking where you would send papers in to register ownership of the horse and make sure no one has tried to register max under another name does he have any marks that identify him brand, scars ect anything that you know would be on your horse. I would make up fliers and send them to every feed store in any surrounding states put Max's picture everywhere that would be one of the best things to do maybe if he sold Max someone who bought him would see the pictures and contact you at least you would know where Max is and maybe get him back and a stronger case with another person involved. if Max is good in Rodeo's send his info to any Rodeo that he might be at, any place where horses are seen all the time. I hope that things work out for you and you get your horse back make sure the media Know that the authorities are not doing anything to help you once he sold the horse it should have become a criminal matter and both should be in jail...Sometimes I wished we lived back in the old days just hang a horse thief and get the horse simple our justice system is a joke.

I'm not sure if I've said it, but I have an interview with the news station tomorrow at 3PM. I can only hope they'll put the story on the air.
