I have followed this topic from day one and I was trying to remember if Max's health is (was ordered?) guaranteed to be in tip-top condition. I can just see the uncle not spending anymore $$ on feed or vet bills knowing that he may have to give him back. I do recall that someone was to go check on Max but I thought RoPo said it was not a reliable source. I do hope he is in sound health.

I was wondering when you went to court, and the Judge had pics of Max and they said he was not in good shape, could they now get the SPCA, to go check out max for animal cruelty

UGH!!! I can't wait any longer!! My daughter keeps asking and I hate to look in case it isnt what we are finally waiting to hear! Why are these people such crooks and it is allowed? UGH! I am going to turn into a popcorn if I eat any more waiting to hear!!

OMG.

Absolutely frickin' ridiculous. The judge recused because she is related to the vet that wrote a statement. Can someone PLEASE tell me what the heck the DA is thinking in NOT calling me on this?

Lord help us. Sounds like the case must be assigned to another judge. Somebody out there with courtroom experience---does the hearing have to be held over again, or does the new judge just look at the evidence and rule???
