Stolen Horse--Man is BACK in jail!

I got a letter back from the State Attorney General that was signed by the First Asst Attorney, Tom Gruber that says:

Re: CF-2009-0485, Cherokee Co., OK

I am in receipt of your letter to Attorney General W.A. Drew Edmondson regarding the above case. Attorney General Edmondson has requested that I respond back to you.

I regret the situation for which you had to write but these are issues over which we have no jurisdiction. The owner of the horse should discuss this matter with the local district attorney or her own attorney.

I regret we could not be of assistance and wish her the best.

That guy was pretty nice, but the Attorney General Could have taken Five Minutes to write a note. At least he wished her luck.​

Do you ever wonder why court dockets are so overfilled and why judges and prosecutors appear to be "overworked". They AIN'T! All these last-minute delays of scheduled court cases give everyone (judges and prosecutors) the day off, PLUS there will be more money for lawyers the longer the case lasts. The whole #$%^%$# system should be shut down.
