BUT, if you don't, just remember that dirtbag is trying to wear you down. So don't give up. Don't ever ever give up. It is against nature to let such a vile individual keep your horse.

But surely, if the justice system is in any way intact in your area, you will get Max back tomorrow.

You know I'm jumping out of my seat. I'll say it again, I don't know how you can stand it.

After all this time I'd be trying to take the law in my own hands. I'd be talking to friends of friends and find that horse. My DH would go right in there and take him and I'd love to see them try and stop him. We had friends in low places.

I'm praying that tomorrow brings you your wish come true. I'm not coming back on this thread until tomorrow night to see the good news.
