SO I WAS ON FACKBOOK, and look what I given. Spokeo.com. If you know the mans name you can find out where he lives.

EVERYONE READING THIS, PLEASE GO ON HERE. IT GIVES OUT ANYONE'S AND EVERYONE'S INFORMATION THAT HAS A LISTED PHONE NUMBER.

But sometimes I guess you could use it for this situation.

Good idea...but I have to take monthly payments in amounts from $50-$75 per month. No lawyer is going to allow those types of payments from anyone.

I'm with Ewesheep. You NEED a private attorney. DH (35 years in practice, 30 years in THIS county,) who used to be an asst. SA, a SA and and asst. PD, is now in private practice, runs circles around the SA and the Asst. SA's in our county. Look for one among the horse community in your state. He/she might be interested in giving you a break on fees just for the opportunity to "give 'em a good one."
BTW, Ewesheep, he grew up in Decatur.
