I do not think you would want to travel with the trailer and so forth until the judge give you the date and time you will pick up your horse on that quoted time that the offender must follow. It would be a waste of trip when the judge decided to give the offender a date and time you must pick up the horse on another day than the court date. However you can certainly mentioned to the judge you got your transporter ready on standby on that day to pick up Max. I wish you all the luck and go and kick some butt and no more delays! Heaven forbid if there is another delay!
