They couldn't arrest the uncle since he claimed in court that Max wasn't on the property...so he wasn't concealing it on HIS terms. Well, 2 out of 3 ain't bad.

Somehow, that just doesn't seem enough. Fines of $300 something and $650 something? After all the lost time from work, travel expenses, stress and worry this has caused you? Most importantly Max is back home with you Mikaela but wow, that's really nothing for all the poop these guys put you through. I hope that's not all that they will face as punishment for what they've done. As to the Uncle, I'm a firm believer that what comes around goes around. His time will come, fate will deal him his hand of justice.

No, those are his costs thus far. He is in jail at the moment and will face his own hearing.

The nephew (the man that leased my horse) has been in jail for some time awaiting his new plea date. He's already signed the plea, he's just awaiting the date since he missed the last one...
