Are your chickens plucking feathers and eating them, act lethargic, or are just bored (AND AREN'T LAYING) try making this!
Your chickens will LOVE this protein supplement, especially if they like corn. I like to use this for my rooster that keeps getting his tail feathers plucked out by my hens (I pictured the other way around LOL)
THINGS YOU WILL NEED:
a blender
raw or boiled corn (you can use a half or a whole depending how many chickens your making this for)
1 or 2 hard boiled eggs (depending on how many chickens) (NO RAW EGGS).
whatever veggies your chickens like
WHAT TO DO:
1. Hard Boil an egg
2. While it's boiling, cut the corn off the cob and put it in the blender along with the veggies.
3. Blend until it's a mush and doesn't resemble corn or veggies (you may have to add water to blend it all the way).
4. If your egg is ready, peel it and drop it in the blender
5. Blend in the egg until it doesn't resemble egg
6. Serve for a tasty protein filled treat!
You can cool it down for summer or warm it up for winter!
PLEASE NO NEGATIVE COMMENTS!!!!!!
