Stopped laying

i have 3 hens but my dominant Rhode Island Red who is around 7 or 8 months old started laying a about 4 weeks ago, but recently she stopped laying and it has been going on for about 2 weeks I have no idea why and I'm afraid it might me a disease or sickness

Check the hen over for symptoms of disease. When pullets first start to lay it is often in a sporadic fashion. Be patient as she will probably start laying normally.

Is her behavior or appearance at all different to make you suspect illness? I have had multiple hens that I stopped laying whom later I realized were finding other hidden spots to lay their eggs. I ended up finding all 7 eggs from the 7 days I suspected said hen was sick in the neighbors yard. My red star laid 5 eggs under the shed before I found her nest.
