Storm took out our water main and power, can ducks/ducklings have Dasani?

@Saigey and @ruthhope, how are things going?
We finally got water back yesterday afternoon (it was a little cloudy, though, so I stuck with the Walmart bottled water through the night) and we got power at about 11pm (JUST as the ducks and I were finally settled down and about to go to sleep 😂). There are some wiring problems in the house (which has always been a thing) and those will have to be fixed, but everyone has their warming lamps/mood lighting again and is much happier. In the interest of saving water, I tried a big, empty, old cleaned out pickle jar for head dunking for the 4 week olds, since it was heavy enough for them not to knock over, and it worked really well, but they missed the splashing and mess making. They were super annoyed this morning when they got that and I only filled the normal waterer once (which it took them all of 3 seconds to splash all over the brooder, even though it's over a pan). I'm going through bedding so fast I'm going to go broke, so the poor little cuties might have to suffer with a less messy solution than the standard waterers until they get a little older. Mama and Papa duck (Loki and Downey) have a cage with pet bowls that attach to the bars as well as two of the gravity type waterers with wide bottoms over trays, but they were never as in to the "let's drench everything!" procees as the babies. The Littlest baby is super happy to have his lamp and his little space again with his stuffed alpaca, but he doesn't like for me to get far away 😂. Sorry if I rambled, I'm super sleep deprived! Thanks everyone for the advice and the love!
