Congratulations on your green house!
One of my projects is to clean up/clean out my green house. It's 46° out right now. Since the green house is only passive solar heat and the sun is not out today, it'll be the same temp there as outside. Just out of the wind, which is something. I'll see what I get done.
I'd thought about trying to grow some greens over the winter, but never got around to planting them.
