Stormcrow's Hobby Farm

Pics
Good to know - I'm not a free feeder, and its just the wife and I. Given how often I cull late, I'll plan on culling early and expect the date to slide.

We bought four, hopefully, we have a breeding pair or trio.
The male's will likely be too large to breed successfully naturally

Well, does that mean Stormcrow has to get more poults??
:caf:pop
If he orders in new chicks, I'd recommend just getting whatever the minimum order for turkeys is and keeping a male from there. Nice thing about the heritage turkeys is that they also can roost

How many critters have you now, @U_Stormcrow?
Dog, Cat, 4 Turkey Poults, 14 Ducks (including the last two hatches), at least 18 chickens plus 12 eggs incubating, 9 goats, 10 rabbits.

Oh, and a grey fox graced the property last evening... grrrrr.

Do you think I have a problem??? heehehe

It was volunteering for target practice!

Probably not as long as you keep them fed. But you are waaaaaay outnumbered. :gig
Grey fox are protected. No hunting, no trapping, even if they are destroying livestock. :(
