I didn't care for them by themselves. Great for baking though.

Mine usually don't start laying until st Patty's day.

We used to get duck eggs from a coworker. Hubby liked them better than chicken eggs, but the gaminess (for lack of a better term) was a turn off for me.

He almost always has his eggs over easy, I usually have mine scrambled. Or in a frittata, but I haven't made one with anything other than chicken eggs.

Not reaslly greening up much. 1/4" rain last night (less than expected), but over 1" for the week, and 1" for the week prior.
