This is probably gonna be a silly question but lately we've been having storms. I was wondering if there's anything I need to do if there's hail or a tornado threat. Do I need to do anything? This is probably such a silly question but I would like some advice from people who've kept chickens longer than I have.

My chickens go for their coop or the Guinea pen which has a roof but chain link walls. I just make sure everyone has shelter from hail.

Shelter is important to keep chickens from hail and thunderstorm. As long as you have a coop they can all go in, you don't need to do anything else.
