Chapter 7
New friends

The lump on my toe was swollen and pussy, and the pain was minor now but it did not completely go away. After I had spoken, some of the other chicks in my cage also lightened up and tweeted some words “he-hello, my name is Fluffy.” Said one of the chicks in the back of the cage, in an anxious little tweet. “Hello, my name is Henny.” I said trying to act happy so that I could cheer everybody up. And then another chicken said “Hey! I’m Savannah, I was starting to get bored of nobody chirping at all! I mean it doesn’t help the situation at all.” Another chick said.
“I-I don’t have a name yet, but Hello!” A chick with really long legs said. “How about Long Legs Louise? Does that sound like a good name, we could call you Louise for short!” I said. “That sounds like a good name!” Savannah tweeted. “Ok, then Louise is my name!” Louise said. Then another chick spoke “Hello, my name is Quincy!” said the chick standing next to me. “Nice to meet you, Quincy!” said Fluffy. “My name is Kayli.” Said another chick. But there was one chick who still had not spoken, she look angry, and upset her eyes looked like fire. “He-hello.” I said to her. But she just looked at me with her evil eyes and ignored me.
