My baby bird is about a year and a half old - she's always been a little odd but recently I noticed her tail feathers have been standing upright, and today her bum was pretty dirty and during the process of cleaning her up I noticed the outside of her cloaca seemed swollen almost like a hemorrhoid (photos attached). I also noticed when she used the bathroom it was pretty runny. I think she may have had some of that waste stuck to her for a day or two ( my dad watches her while I'm at work and school so I'm not 100% exactly when all this started ).

Any knowledge or advice would be greatly appreciated

( Apologizes for the semi-graphic photos, I was giving her a break from cleaning because she kept trying walk forwards when before she was perfectly still, I think it was starting to get irritated. I'm probably going to draw her a warm bath to help loosen up and help clean her some more)

Is she passing droppings now? You can check to see if she has an egg stuck or is constipated by inserting a clean or gloved finger into her vent 1-2 inches. Hopefully, it is just a bit swollen around the vent, but there could be something happening.

Yes! After soaking her in an Epsom salt bath, giving her some water with Gatorade, and yogurt, she finally went to the bathroom and it was solid and kind of a lot. It makes be feel better but it still looks really irritated and swollen down there. And it seemed like some of the discoloration was hard and still attached? My mom said an antifungal would be a good to start while I wait to see a farm vet
