Strange brahma

Hello everyone! I was just wondering what this little dudes breed was, or if he's a mix. I got him around 5 months ago from a vendor that didn't even know what the breed was, I thought why not get one to see what it would grow into. At first I thought it was some kind of dark brahma but he's really more gold then anything. Im also assuming its a boy but im not expert.

Other than his leg color being off, he does look like a gold laced Cochin.

yea im not sure if hes purebred bc thats strangley tall in terms of posture for a cochin
