Strange growth or scab on hen

Noticed this on one of our girls' wings yesterday. Strangely, we are nearly certain it was not there last week because she was part of a photo shoot. What could it be? Wound that filled/scabbed over? Thank you in advance!

Here are a few more we were able to get. It is a bit hard to the touch. It seems almost like a scab that maybe acquired some dirt? Hopefully. We are thinking maybe we will give her a warm soak and see if it works itself off.

The lumps next to it, now make me think this is some form of cancerous tumor. Or badly infected feather follicle which is another possibility. But it seems to extensive for that.

Thanks, I think you mean the pinkish lumps to the left of the growth on the underside pic. I see what you are seeing. We will try to clean her today and see what of it comes off, if any.

It is hard for me to tell what that is exactly, but it could be a tumor.
