Soooo found this today. The first pic is of the "thing" removed from the stool. I hope it's not a worm, but not sure what it could be outside of that or intestinal lining??? Any info is greatly appreciated!! Also, this is the first poop to look like this that I have observed. I cannot say who did it, but it came from my one flock of 4 who seem otherwise active and healthy minus the molting going on now.

Yeesh I'm really sorry that looks bad! :hitI hope you find answers .:thumbsup

It's round worms, start treating now. You use Safeguard, suspension (3ml per gallon of water for 5 days) or paste (1.5ml given orally per chicken, once per day for 5 consecutive days). You can look up dewormers in the "search field" for additional info.
Would TSC carry this??

Yes, they have Safeguard suspension for Goats, Chicken dosing is on the label, but I looked up several recommendations from other people to simplify it for you. The cost is around $30 for 125ml. Good luck! I've had a flock for 3yrs and haven't wormed, I haven't seen any signs/ symptoms.:idunno I have some Wazine (it's hard to get a hold of now) I bought 3yrs ago, for just in case.

And my next question...12 of my birds were together until mid September, should I treat all 12 now?? What is the timeframe till I can eat their eggs again, as it seems to vary by dosage strength?

Pretty, pretty sure it’s worms. :(

Edit: This has already been answered haha.
