i can see where it could. But here is another pic from that same series. It's just a very big chubby rat. Or maybe it's a pregnant rat?

I don't think a rat makes marks like that though! Unless it has a big belly and it's dragging it! lol

That looks like a pretty wise fat ole' rat. You might have to switch to a snap trap. Or sweeten the deal? What are you using for bait? That boy doesn't look like he lacks for much!

Ok I am addicted and have subscribed! The only thing I can add is that I have 6 box turtles that live outdoors. They aren't nocturnal. They sleep when we do and are up when the sun can keep them warm. Hope that helps!
