Wow, cyrixlord, very cool. i would love to have a decent security system in place, a cam in every pen, transmitting to the house and uploaded to a url so i can check it on my phone when i'm away. i just don't know enough about security systems to make an informed decision at this point. But would LOVE seeing what's going on out there when i'm not there.

Arg!

Confounded by technology! i thought i could just plug the new SD cards in. But this morning, the older cam showed 34 pictures. Couldn't tell on the other one. But when i put the cards in my card reader which is plugged into my computer, nothing showed up, not even the card. Online now trying to figure out what the problem is.

Okay, i have discovered that neither of these cams will accept an SD card larger than 2 GB. Not sure Frys will let me exchange these 4GBs now that they're opened.
