Strangest and Silliest Chicken Names?

25 years ago I had a game rooster named General French Fry and an Old English Rooster named Mr. Banty Pants.

Bratty little Rosecomb Bantam rooster named Barney Fife, and his hen was Thelma Lou. Silkie splash rooster (my avatar) named Ike, and his hen Tina. Then Peetie and Sue Sue. Rastuss and Elro. Sister and Biggs.

No fun here...tho i did name my buff orps Betty and Veronica.....my Blue Am rooster was "Rico"(suave), he got his safe place in the roo cages instead of the freezer cuz of his love talk to me and gentle nature....my red-brown hen "Kiwi" looked exactly like her namesake as a questionable scrawny chick.

As for weird names, I have Jujube, Gouda, Paprika, Minnie, Sassy, Poppy, Zinnia, and Napoleon. All of my chicken's names are bit strange...

I have a chick I was going to name "Hawk Bait"... is that really bad?

Its no worse than the cat I named "Skidmark", and he lived 16 years before being hit by a car!

Hubbo named her Tina Turner because she is a blue silkie, and had a mop top hairdo! Ike was named Ike just because she was named Tina. But he was a really psycho Ike. It suited him.

My silkie roo is named Yul Brenner...
Most of our production hens were named by my husband after adult film actresses....

I think the least imaginative is a frizzle polish bantam hen my friend started calling her Frazzle the Frizzle...

We do have a white rock hen that came with the name Thor.. a fellow BYC'r's son named her...

We had a hen named Pecker, a not so manly rooster named RuPaul in honor of the drag queen & then another who still has not been named, we just refer to her as b**chy hen.
